El apartamento consta de 2 habitaciones, en las cuales se encuentran 1 cama de 1,50 y 2 camas litera de 90 respectivamente, el baño completo con una cabina de ducha, el salón-cocina totalmente equipado con útiles de cocina, frigorífico, lavavajillas, lavadora, sofá, TV... y una terraza desde la que se accede a las zonas comunes.
