Newly renovated apartment in one of the most emblematic squares in the historic center of Avilés. Pedestrian and commercial area, in front of the Town Hall. Two double bedrooms with double beds. Full bathroom with two sinks, with a 1.80 meter shower tray. Cozy living room, full kitchen with all the necessary appliances. It is located on the second floor of a four-story building, with an elevator. Opening the apartment with virtual keys.
