Within a 5-minute walk, you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants and cafeterias, as well as the Biosfera shopping center and the Port with its lively Varadero.
The beaches of Playa Chica and Playa Grande are located approx. 10 min from the house.
The property has a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
