Fenix`s Apartments are located in a central location and in the Plaza de las Flores. We are close to the main attractions such as the cathedral, the old town and the museums, making it easy to access all the tourist attractions of the city. IN SOME CASES, AFTER COMMUNICATION WITH THE GUEST, A BLOCK OF 150 EUROS WILL BE PLACED ON THE GUEST'S CARD ON THE DAY OF ENTRY AS A DAMAGE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE UNBLOCKED ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. GUARDED PUBLIC PARKING 15 EUROS / DAY WITHIN A 5 MINUTE WALK ROOMS OPEN DEPENDING ON THE GUESTS Breakfast is served at the Cafe-Bar Fenix on the Terrace located on the ground floor of the apartment, not inside the apartment itself. ----"In some cases, if we cannot coincide with the guests to do the registration in person, we will be sent a link the day before to register online, and sign the traveler's entry form or registration sheet"---- PUBLIC PARKING OUTSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION, 5 MINUTES WALK.

The Plaza de las Flores in Murcia is one of the most outstanding urban spaces in the old town of this Spanish city. Located in the centre of the city's main tapas and restaurant area, it is a pedestrian square. I'm sure you'll love it.
