The family-run Molino de Alcuneza is 5 km from the Medieval town of Sigüenza, and just an hour’s drive from Madrid. Other nearby historic towns include Palazuelos and Medinaceli. The Molino’s restaurant specializes in modern regional cuisine, using the finest local produce. It opens daily for breakfast and dinner.
