Edificio situado en casco histórico Zaragoza,totalmente rehabilitado a escasos minutos de los puntos de interés de la ciudad,
(El Pilar,La Seo,Pza de España,Palacio de La Aljaferia,etc).
Tercera planta sin ascensor, parking publico a 300m. aprox .
Barrio mas antiguo de la capital aragonesa en el que el nombre de sus calles hacen referencia a héroes de Los Sitios de Zaragoza, con
muchos edificios de interés histórico ambiental finales del sigloXIX y principio del XX.
Actualmente en proceso de rehabilitación.
