Unbeatable Location Our villa's exceptional geographic position places you just a stone's throw from the world-renowned Theban Necropolis. Separated only by the Nile River from the bustling town of Luxor, reaching us is effortless. We are a mere 15-minute drive south of the national ferry landing, and if you arrive by private boat (which we can arrange), you can be dropped off right at our doorstep, just a 5-minute walk from the famous "Banana Island." Villa Al Diwan does not accept Orfi marriage certificates for Egyptian-foreign couples. In Luxor, these informal agreements are often misused to evade rules on unmarried couples sharing rooms. Only official marriage certificates are accepted.
