A Copy of ID is required for each guest. -it's a family place, so if you are a couple a marriage certificate is required. -Guests will sign a rental agreement when arrive to the apartment. -you get the apartment and sheets clean when you check in, but there is no room services for cleaning or change sheets during your stay. -the guest should call 1 hour before arrive so the host would be waiting for him.
