Over the past three years, we have lovingly and passionately renovated our villa from the ground up. Our goal is to offer you a place where modern design, a warm atmosphere, and genuine hospitality come together perfectly. Stay in our freshly renovated villa, lovingly designed with great attention to detail, right on the Red Sea. Choose from 5 fully equipped holiday apartments with stunning sea views. Just outside your door, paradise awaits: shallow waters ideal for kitesurfing, swimming, SUP, snorkeling, and diving. Relax in the shared garden, the jacuzzi, or during a walk along the beach. Discover the magic of untouched coral reefs, swim with dolphins, or go deep-sea fishing. Important information for your stay: We have two cats living with us who spend time in the common areas and garden. If you are allergic to cat hair, this might not be the best environment for you.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located halfway between Hurghada and El Gouna. Hurghada International Airport is about a 20-minute drive away. Right on the beach, you’ll find kitesurfing schools, beach restaurants, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Within a 5 to 15-minute walk, you can reach restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Hurghada and El Gouna are easily accessible by bus, taxi, or Uber, and cultural excursions—such as trips to the Nile—can be easily arranged from here. Al Ahyaa is an up-and-coming district in Hurghada that is especially appealing to independent travelers. It’s less developed for mass tourism and offers an authentic, original charm away from the crowds. The area is ideal for relaxing days on quieter beaches and for water sports like kitesurfing. In addition, Al Ahyaa is well connected by various bus companies that travel to Cairo, Luxor, and many other destinations in Egypt, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
