The house is 5-7 mins walk to Abu Simbel Temple and 5 mins walk to central town. Brand new house with 2 bedrms(queen bed and 2 dble bed) with full kitchen(oven, microwave, ref), 2 full bathrooms, the master bathroom has a bath tub. Hot/cold water, A/C, washer. Both rooms have spacious patios overlooking Lake Nasser perfect for outdoor dinner and watching the sunrise and sunset. The house is away from the main street making it very quiet yet close enough to walk anywhere in town within 5-10 mins
