Residencial Hispaniola is a gated community, security 24/7, lots of amenities like swimming pool, lounge area, tennis court, basketball court, soccer field, kids playground and much more. Located only 10 minutes' walk from the very center of Sosúa, you will find, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets and the beach in less than 15 minutes walking. You can bring guests over, but they have to be driven in and out of the property, motos and quads are not allowed inside. You will sign the community rules before entering.
