Garden By The Sea is a small, quiet oasis away from the party scene that downtown offers. Purchased in May 2014 and completed renovated with all new electrical, plumbing and furnishings to provide maximum comfort and enjoyment.
I'm living my dream! After 20 years as a trial attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada I have found the place I was destined to be. There is nothing better than living the adventure of life on a tropical island.
The 24 hour secured guard gated community of Playa Laguna II is conveniently located between Sosua and Cabarete. A beautiful semi-private beach is just a two minute walk up a lighted road. Our property is surrounded by serene private villas.
