The appartment "A ROOM WITH A WIEW" is located in VILLA WIEGAND, a beautiful typical Danish villa from 1937 in the first row to Holbæk fjord. The cozy flat is 45 m2 with its own 10 m2 terrace furnished with garden table and chairs, from which there are fantastic views over Holbæk fjord. There is access to a private bathroom and toilet. There is 2 bedrooms with double beds on the 1st floor with a small repos with kitchenette, and staircase from the entrance hall.
We are a danish family who look forward to welcoming you in a cozy, scenic and tranquil setting in our lovely house.
The property is situated on a quiet road within walking distance to Holbæk's cozy city center with a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The property is close to the harbor, Cinema, football field basketball and volleyball courts, parks, beach, 18 hole golf course, hiking and cycling routes, recreation areas and beautiful scenery.
