Located on the outskirts of Rostock, 'Wellness Ferienwohnung Müller' offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. You also have access to a shared sauna. A baby cot and a high chair are available as well. The holiday home features a private outdoor area with a hot tub, garden, terrace, barbecue, and playground. By arrangement with the landlord, you can enjoy two hours daily in the communal pool, shared sauna, and hot tub. Public transport is within walking distance. Nearby, you can visit the Baltic Sea, Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn, Rostock Zoo, Warnemünde Beach, as well as various shopping and dining options. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. The property has guidelines for correct waste separation; further information is provided on site. There are also energy- and water-saving facilities. For two additional guests, fold-out mattresses are available on request for a fee.
