The rental price includes all ancillary costs, as well as a broad array of additional services: wireless Internet, satellite TV with international channels, weekly changes of bed linen and hand towels and regular refill of soap and toilet paper. The final cleaning after departure is also included in the rent price. In the basement, the tenants may use shared laundry room with washing machines and tumblers free of charge. For an extra charge and depending on the availability, a number of additional services, such as laundry or extra cleaning cab be offered. Upon request we can also provide supplementary furniture and parking spaces.

This modern apartment building is located in the trendy district Berlin-Mitte, directly at Alexanderplatz. Easily visible and situated just a few steps away is the highest building of Germany, the TV Tower. Alexanderplatz and its vicinity bustle with numerous hip bars, restaurants, shops, as well as art and culture. The trendy districts of Friedrichshain and Prenzlauerberg lie not far away. The nearby tram, metro and bus stations ensure perfect public transport links. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the main railway station, while both airports of the city, Berlin Schönefeld and Berlin Tegel can be accessed within 30 minutes. All means of public transport are available within a few minutes’ walk providing direct connection with the Congress Centrum, main railway station and both airports.

Please note there is no reception in the VISIONAPARTMENTS building.

Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted.

Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories.

Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests.

Guests under the age of 18 can check in only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The form can be provided by the property upon the guest's request.

When traveling with pets, please note that a deposit is required.

VISIONAPARTMENTS will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00.
