Welcome to HolidayHome Goldstück – your accommodation in Kaufbeuren. Here you will find everything you need for a wonderful stay in the Allgäu, whether private or professional. This holiday home is of high quality and completely new furnishings. You can start your day with a good coffee or freshly brewed tea and enjoy all the beautiful amenities and tranquility of this spacious holiday home. Afterwards you can enjoy a run through the forest directly behind the house or take a trip to the beautiful Allgäu. Villa Goldstück has two separate bedrooms, each with two comfortable box spring double beds. One bedroom also has a smart TV and a possible additional bed for a child. A second large smart TV is located in the open living/dining area. Here you will also find the brand new, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and everything you need to cook and feel good. From the kitchen you can access the large south-west balcony, which is the ideal place to end a fulfilling day. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a washer-dryer with clothes dryer and iron. With an additional sofa bed for one person in the open living/dining area, the house also offers space for a fifth guest on demand. Families are warmly welcome. If necessary, we are happy to provide a baby cot and/or fall protection and high chair upon request. There is enough space for your stroller in the hallway. Another highlight of Villa Goldstück is the light-flooded living room on the upper floor. There is a spacious, very comfortable sofa and a large table for working or for cozy game evenings. You will also find a small play corner with a children's painting table and children's books here. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

My name is Clarissa and I am grateful to be your host! I am "a Nordlicht" (born in the north of Germany) who grew up here in the Allgäu, I am a mother of two wonderful children, happily married, I love traveling, nature, beautiful real estates and great holiday accommodations and I do love the feeling of "Geborgenheit" (a german expression for feeling at home, safe, loved, comfortable and warm). In our Goldstück I tried to combine all of this and to create a cozy holiday home for families, couples, friends and business travelers. The house and its location are perfect for discovering the Allgäu and the south-west of Bavaria, clearing your head for a few days, spending time together or to work from here in the Allgäu. The house is in a quiet outskirts location. By car you can reach anywhere in the beautiful Allgäu in a short time or the beautiful old town of Kaufbeuren in less than 10 minutes. The mountains, Füssen and Neuschwanstein Castle as well as the old town of Kempten or the Event Big Box are only 30-50 km away. Munich and Augsburg can be reached in just one hour and Memmingen Airport and the Skyline Park in Türkheim are also not far. You can reach all shops for your daily needs within walking distance and you can reach the next bus stop in just a few minutes. A beautiful cycle/foot path to discover the surrounding area starts right behind the house. Kaufbeurens train station can also be reached in a few minutes by car or bus.
