“由于我们行程过紧，来到青旅已经晚上10点，错过了入住时间，但当我们打电话给工作人员，依然顺利接听并很快办理了入住手续。因为之前的疏忽，我们错过回复需要确认入住的邮件，但仍然得到友善的招待，让我们挺感动的。青旅房间宽敞，公共设施齐全，干净卫生，住得很舒服。”
