Our Kräutermühlenhof was built in a traditional country house style which has been typical for our Spreewald region. The German word "Kräutermühle" stands for "mill of herbs" and was inspired by a historic regional mill from the 1850's.

The Kräutermühlenhof is located right next to Burg's beautiful gardens in the heart of the Spreewald. Our bed & breakfast has 15 double rooms situated in a quiet and green location. All rooms are set up in a country house style and equipped with shower and TV. Cars and bikes can be parked nearby. Our neighboring restaurant Zur Kräutermühle has a cozy beer garden and offers country house style cuisine throughout the whole day. While breakfast will already be included in your room fare, you can also add dinner to your room booking. We look forward to hosting you!

Due to our quiet and yet central location, our guests can reach the Spree port for punt and canoe tours by foot within a few minutes by foot. Burg's thermal spring is just around the corner and the park represents a great starting point for extensive bike tours. Alternatively, you can also just stay with us and enjoy the delights of our restaurant and its beer garden ;-)
