We have been active in short-term rentals with our small family business DykeView Apartments since 2020 and actually come from the field of nursing. We currently operate seven accommodations in different parts of Bremen. We take great pleasure in making our guests' stay as pleasant as possible and bringing them closer to our city in the most diverse places in Bremen. Each flat is furnished by us with a lot of passion and commitment in a very individual way, but should give all guests the same feeling - FEEL AT HOME!

Be inspired by our freshly renovated 3-bedroom flat with 85 square metres of living space! Our flat offers you two bedrooms with queen-size beds as well as a living room with 30 square metres, a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. From the living room you can reach the spacious south-facing balcony and from the large bedroom you have access to a small balcony with a view to the north. The floor is laid with high-quality oak parquet, in the kitchen and bathroom you will find high-quality Italian tiles in a concrete look. There is room for up to six people at the mango wood dining table and two sofa beds, each 160 cm wide, round off the stylish furnishings. A washing machine is available free of charge in the basement room.

The accommodation is located in the middle of the sought-after district of Schwachhausen, which is characterised by many green spaces and art nouveau villas. The extensive Bürgerpark with its playgrounds, meadows, opportunities to play mini-golf, small zoo and boat trips is only a few hundred metres away. Around the accommodation, you will find a large selection of shopping facilities and gastronomic venues within walking distance. Thanks to the optimal connection to public transport, the trade fair and congress centre as well as the city centre with its sights are only a few minutes away.
