Norderney Island is partially car free.
The schedule for Norderney’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides.
The travel time from Norddeich Ferry Port to Norderney Island is approximately 50 minutes. For a fee, guests can leave their cars at Norddeich Ferry Port, which has a large car park.
Please note that all construction work and refurbishments on Norderney happen between the months of October - April. This may lead to small noise disturbances during this time.
