Welcome to Heimatel – Suites, Apartments and Studios in the Rosenalm in Scheidegg. You’ll stay in individually furnished holiday apartments in one of the region’s most popular resorts. The Rosenalm consists of four buildings, quietly located and surrounded by nature. Each of our units is unique – in layout, style and equipment. To make sure you choose the right accommodation for your needs, please note: A studio has no separate bedroom – the living and sleeping areas are combined in one open space. An apartment always includes at least one separate bedroom – perfect for couples or small families. Our premium apartment with three bedrooms is made up of two adjacent, connected units – ideal for families or friends who want to travel together and still enjoy some privacy. Your stay includes: – One free parking space per unit – A private balcony in every apartment – many with stunning views of the Allgäu mountains to the south, some with peaceful green views to the southwest – Free access to the indoor pool and sauna in the main building – exclusively for our guests – A fitness room with table tennis for casual matches and rainy days Since every unit is different, please take a moment before booking to check if your chosen apartment fits your preferences. And of course, we’re always happy to help if you have any questions.

Neighbourhood information

The apartments areauc located in Scheidegg, a sun-drenched health resort in the West Allgäu region – close to the Austrian border and offering stunning views of the Alps. Situated at an elevation of around 800 meters, the area boasts fresh mountain air and wide panoramic vistas. From your apartment, you can access numerous hiking and cycling trails right on your doorstep. In winter, you’ll also find well-maintained cross-country skiing trails and small ski areas nearby. The village of Scheidegg has everything you need: cozy cafés, good restaurants, local shops, a summer toboggan run, a treetop walkway, waterfalls, and endless nature. Thanks to its close proximity to Lake Constance, you can reach Lindau, Bregenz, or the lakeshore in less than 30 minutes. It’s the perfect combination of mountains and lake – peaceful, yet full of opportunities.
