Spacious, open-concept loft in a quiet industrial area near the Trabrennbahn, Volkspark, and Barclays Arena. Two large box-spring beds (2x2 m) sleep up to 6 guests (separated by curtains and a room divider). Living, dining, and sleeping areas in one space with a fireplace, nest swing, and 75" Apple TV. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with shower, and a cozy rooftop terrace. Perfect for groups, event trips, or a stylish city getaway.
