The guesthouse is located directly on the lake and has its own bathing beach with jetty, large recreational and sunbathing lawn, a bicycle garage and parking spaces directly at the house. All flats are on the first floor - each with its own balcony and direct or lateral view of Lake Chiemsee. Shopping facilities and an inn in the village are within walking distance. No pets. Smoking is not allowed in our apartments.
