Overlooking the sea, the boat FloatingHomesNr1 impresses guests with its fantastic views and its modern and bright equipment. The boat is located in the marina of Laboe. The 64 m² boat consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with Philips coffee maker, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Only suitable for children over 12 years of age. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use. The boat boasts a private outdoor area with a small sitting area directly on the water at the bottom of the boat and a roof terrace. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The property has step-free access. Free parking close to the property is available. Pets are not allowed. Suitable for children from 12 years onwards. Please note that storms and severe weather can occur on the coast. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Beach/pool towels.
