Welcome to Rost Apartments – Laufen! My name is Loretta, and I’m your host.
Renting holiday apartments allows me to combine my many years of experience in the hospitality industry with my passion for unique, individual accommodations – the kind I have always preferred myself. If you have any questions or need further information, I am always happy to assist you at any time.
The holiday home is located in the idyllic Salzach town of Laufen, right on the Austrian border and just a few kilometres from Salzburg. The historic old town, with its impressive collegiate church, charming alleys, and the Salzach river loop, invites you to stroll and explore.
In the surrounding area, you’ll find the popular Abtsdorfer See, the Haarmoos nature reserve, as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails throughout the Rupertiwinkel region. Cultural highlights such as guided tours through the old town or a visit to the nearby Silent Night Chapel in Oberndorf add even more variety to your stay.
The central location is ideal for day trips to Berchtesgaden National Park, Lake Königssee, Bad Reichenhall, or to Salzburg, which is only 10 km away.
