Welcome to the lovingly modernized Tiny Timber-Framed House! This charming timber-framed house in Rhens was built around 150 years ago and was completely renovated in 2022. To this day, the unique house is listed as a historical monument. Here, you’ll find a beautiful blend of modernity and heritage, where charm meets modern comfort. Spread across three floors and approximately 55 square meters, the house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation, a short getaway, or a productive work stay. With space for up to four guests, the Tiny Timber-Framed House is ideal for a short trip, family outing, or extended stays thanks to its extensive amenities. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, and a basic selection of spices – perfect for preparing your favorite meals. The modern bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and a basic supply of toiletries. On the first floor, there’s a cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable 1.80 x 2-meter bed, wardrobe, TV, board games, and a seating area. The second floor offers another bedroom, also furnished with a comfortable bed. The Tiny Timber-Framed House is located just about a 5-minute walk from the Rhine, making it the perfect starting point for relaxing strolls along the water, exciting explorations of the surrounding area, or cozy hours in your private retreat. Additionally, Rhens offers everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, and doctors. Rhens is a town located directly on the Rhine, enchanting visitors with its historic town center. The town center is surrounded by the original, well-preserved city wall. Within this wall, you’ll find numerous well-maintained timber-framed houses, such as the former town hall. In Rhens, you’ll find everything you need for your daily needs. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach bakeries, ATMs, restaurants, and pubs. Additionally, Rhens offers various supermarkets, doctors, and pharmacies. After about a 5–10 minute walk, you’ll reach Rhens’ train station, which provides excellent connections to nearby cities like Koblenz. If you’re traveling by car, Rhens is an ideal starting point for excursions. You can explore the natural beauty along the Rhine and Moselle, go hiking, visit castles and palaces, explore vibrant cities like Koblenz or Cochem, and much more. The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities for everyone—whether the weather is good or bad!
