Found 100 metres from the main Colonnade in the old quarter of the city centre, the Apart-hotel Rezidence Sadová features luxurious apartments with free WiFi. The rooms present a flat-screen satellite TV, a King-size bed, a DVD player, a bathroom with a rain shower, and a modern kitchenette. All bedrooms look out into a quiet courtyard.
