Our company manage 9apartments at the moment. Four apartmengts are for sale only and other five for short term rental with the option to purchase too.

Our newly build up and stylish design KARE furnitured apartments are about 33-44m2 large and are situated in the unique part of Spindleruv mlyn. Building itself is right next to CableCar called Labska and near by Labska lake. It's three floors with no elevator property. There is a free parking spot for you as well as some storage for you ski or bike equipments. Apartment is beautiful exactly as pictured.
