Property information

Private room in a shared 2-guest-room flat and maiden room in a central but very calm location. Suitable for business travelers with their own car (parking place on request for 35EUR per booked day, please note us enough in advance). Your accommodation is situated on the ground floor. Check-in is at 12:00 (even earlier if the room is available). However, our cleaners might be cleaning the place till 15:00. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is FREE of charge. Parking in the underground parking or in the garage on request - please await parking availability confirmation from our side.

Neighbourhood information

In the middle of everything. Sightseeing in walkable distance. Splendid transport connection. Despite the central location, our street is very calm.
