When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that the same credit/debit card that was used for booking needs to be presented upon arrival. If you are not the card holder, please contact the hotel in advance. If you are the credit card holder and you do not take the card with you, please contact the hotel in advance.

Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted unless the hotel receives written permission from their parent or legal guardian.

A temporary hold (pre-authorization) will be placed on a customer's credit card prior to arrival to ensure there are sufficient funds available (first night value) to guarantee the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case the transaction is declined.

Reservation are charged in local currency - CZK - using the internal exchange rate as set by the property. Bear in mind that your card issuer may charge you a foreign transaction fee.
