住宿信息
Why the name Tollendorf? It is a very old term for village Rozhled back in 1495. The cottage used to be a glass factory at the beginning of 15th century and later rebuilt into maierdorf in 1723 and then into farmstead. Its location on a downslope of Jedlova hill / 774 m a.s.l./ and ruins of castle Tolštejn guarantees spectacular views of surrounding landscape of Lusatian Mountains (Lužické hory). Many years ago, as rumors says, there used to be a lot of local robbers in the area that inspired us to name our apartments according to their most-known names / Karásek, Pumphut, Raschauer, Wilda, Kardinek and Zelenovous (Greenbeard)/. If you like deep fairy-tale like forests, full of mushrooms and animals, hills with breathtaking views and touristic trails without crowds – you have found the right place where to be!

Cottage Tollendorf is located in the heart of Lusatian Mountains right under the peak of Jedlová and romantic ruin of Tolštejn. We are the starting point for exploring the natural phenomena of Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland. In our area there are countless of natural beauties for everyday trips for all four seasons. Křížová cesta (Path of the Crucifixion) is one of the local gems in Jiřetín pod Jedlovou or Adit of St. John the Evangelist as a witness of local metal mining in the past. In the very closeness of our accommodation is the Adrenalin park Jedlová with its unique summer and also winter activities such as rope center, huge seesaw, downhill, push scooters, ski slopes and running tracks. In the near approximately 10 km away there are two covered and heated swimming pools or appx 20km Therme Toscanaworld in picturesque town Bad Schandau in case of a bad weather. An interesting alternative are local breweries such as Cvikov brewery, Kocour brewery in Varnsdorf and Falkenstein brewery in Krásná Lípa.
