Villa Chrysta is a beautiful property located in a serene and secure gated development. Surrounded by a lush and mature garden, this property boasts a large swimming pool measuring 11x5.5m and a spacious outdoor area with uninterrupted sea views, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun.
The ground floor features an open plan living area with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a dining table, a comfortable sofa set, and a large smart flat screen TV. There is also a shower room with a toilet on this level for your convenience.
The first floor of the villa offers four fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with spacious wardrobes, and three of them featuring a sea-facing balcony. There are also two bathrooms on this floor, providing ample space and privacy for all guests.
