A sandy beach along the turquoise sea is within walking distance, the airport of Larnaca is an easy 45-minute drive away. Private without being isolated, Sunrise Residences are located in an upscale residential area of Protaras, in the southeastern corner of Cyprus that is home to a cluster of ‘Blue Flag’ beaches and coves, where sugary sands slip into crystal clear waters.

The beautiful, EU Blue Flag sandy beach with sunbathing facilities (at a charge) are 200m away, shops and restaurants are also within walking distance, about 600-700m from the development. In the cooler seasons the cycling paths and hiking trails in and around the unspoiled nature reserve of Cape Greco are irresistible.
