We have spent many years ensuring that our guests have everything they need to make their stay memorable. The kitchen is equipped with everyday necessities to make your stay as close to home as possible. We leave a selection of our grandchildren's inflatables for the pool for children to enjoy during their stay.
The pool and garden is a superb area to relax. The jacuzzi is not heated but obviously this is not needed from April to October.
We have made our villa into a haven to relax completely. Everything is designed to give our guests the chance to enjoy it with the minimum of effort required. The kitchen has all modern gadgets .
Karythia is situated in a very quiet area. However you only need to walk for about ten minutes to find many restaurants and bars, plus three hotels who are all happy to welcome you. The Golden Bay Hotel very near to the villa, has many water sports and the sea is lovely for swimming.
We strongly advise hiring a car during your stay as there are so many beautiful areas to explore whilst in Cyprus.
The local bus service is also very good.
The waterpark in Ayia Napa is a great day out for families with children.
