We are a local family operating as one single person. Through the years, we have learned that team work is what leads you to efficiency. We have managed through years to build bonds with customers, which is the most satisfying feeling for an owner in the tourist industry. Guests of our hotel are turned to be considered as a part of our family. We grow up in this industry and through the procedures and the services we had to provide to our guests, we build our characters, our manners and our personalities.

Property information

Florence Hotel Apartments is a true example that there is luxury to be found in simplicity. A small boutique hotel located at the most famous road of Ayia Napa called Nissi Avenue street, surrounded by all the sandy beaches that are within walking distance away including famous NISSI BEACH ! Operating since 1986, the business is now well known as a time value property. The building has been recently (2018) renovated with deluxe and smart designed junior suites added into our property. Furthermore in 2020 we have renovated all kitchens in all apartments and lastly for now,in 2024 all bathrooms have been replaced by new ones (walk in showers) including new elegant tiles,mixers etc. A small complex of fully equipped apartments, beautiful landscaped mature garden and a swimming pool. A cocktail bar part of the complex, is a must for our guest, providing cocktails of freshness and spirits. The apartments are family sized rooms with kitchen appliances, brand new beds and comfort living room areas.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is what is so called as the selling point of our complex. The location comprises everything a quest needs within walking distances. Sandy beaches 2 minutes away to be found. Private clinic just up on the road. Shopping center, tourist attractions and the main Ayia Napa square where nightlife takes place, all are within walking distance.
