Enipnion Apartments is a family run business which commenced operations in 2011. The buildings, before their renovation, have being used as a residence and warehouse which were built around 1935.

Enipnion Apartments are situated in the heart of Old Kakopetria, between the rivers Karkotis and Garillis.
All houses of the Old Kakopetria are all built very close to each other and almost all of them have two floors.
The traditional architecture and building of the houses offer to the village a special color. The entire village is a unique sample of original folk architecture.
