Our primary aim was the protection of the heritage of the village by saving the building from demolition and turning it into an aesthetic living space that meets the modern needs and trends.
Our main concern was to ensure that the building was properly renovated according to the EU laws and specifications for buildings. In addition, we focused on the decorative design of the building in a way as to create a harmonious connection with the Tradition, History, Art and Nature of the area.
Furthermore, the high standards of living comfort, simplicity and airy ambience were completed with the addition of modern bathroom units and the Coco Mat concept “sleep on nature”.
Our ultimate goal was to develop a place with an authentic identity. Each room was assigned its own ethos and was decorated accordingly with antique items, paintings , pottery and art creations by local artists, handcraft items by local artisans so that each visitor can listen to the heart beat of the people of Cyprus and filled with Serenity, Imagination and Knowledge.

The plant Althea, with its noble poise and its remarkable flower, deservedly represents the nobility of the British colonialism with the fineness of the materials, the softness of the colours and the imposing bearing of the objects.
The allspice Cardamom, with its unique scent intoxicates flavours and senses alike carrying our imagination away to a beautiful, decorative journey with colours and objects, through the Ottoman orientalism on the island.
