This amazing apartment (8th Floor) is located in the heart of Larnaca town centre about 250 meters from the famous Finikoudes beach with breath-taking panoramic views of the beach, marina and all of Larnaca and beyond, the hippest Central area that's buzzing with lots of restaurants, bars and boutiques. You will be close to everything including public transportation , water sports, clubs and cafes. The international airport is just 10 minutes drive away very convenient and easy to get to. The Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area. The Hot Tub on the patio is a great way to relax and enjoy the water and sea view at the same time even when the sea is not warm enough for you, no problem, you can just adjust the temperature of the Jacuzzi and even activate massaging bubbles. In addition there is a great Italian restaurant onsite and just downstairs is a kiosk, 24 hour taxi office, ATM, national bus service is a 3 minute walk and just 300 meters away is Zorbas famous bakery who is open 24/7 and serves hot food, coffee and sweets.

Larnaca is typically a tourist hotspot due to the international airport and its proximity to Ayia Napa, which is well known for its vibrant party scene and nightlife. Despite the hustle and bustle of tourism, the city offers beautiful golden beaches, good food and lots of culture!
