Modern building with duplex apartments in town center, just 5 minutes walk to the main beach of Larnaca (Phinikoudes beach). It has a shared swimming pool on the roof with great views of town. What makes unique this property is the proximity to all amenities, but still located in a quite area of the city.Moreover, the unique design of the two levels. In the lower level you will find the living room, kitchen and a guest toilet,and the upper level the bedrooms with the main bathroom. Free parking is available. Sunbeds are available for my guests. Don't forget to bring your tanning oil!!!
