Welcome to Santa Filomena – Mindelo’s new luxury district, just a short walk from the famous Laginha Beach. Our modern 3-bedroom apartment offers comfort, style and breathtaking views of the ocean, the beach and Monte Cara. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and panoramic views of the sea or the mountains. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated and features a large flat-screen TV and fast free Wi-Fi. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and all essentials for self-catering. A washing machine is also available. The building offers a lift, 24/7 security and plenty of free parking. A swimming pool is under construction, and within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find a gym and several cafés. Guests receive their keys personally from the host or from the security staff upon arrival. A baby cot is available on request. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Please note: the surrounding area is still developing and can be lively at times.
