Luxury 100m2 penthouse with stunning sea view. Located in Estoril, we are very close to the sea and not far from the town. We do have at the moment some construction work in front (big work already finish, finitions are on going.) It is not really noisy but still a bit of movement. Fully equiped appartment, this penthouse is very spacious with a suite and its bathroom and balcony, a sofa bed, a huge salon and modern kitchen, illimited WIFI, washing machine. Climatisation is only equiped in the bedroom and is not included in the price (10e by day supplement). From all rooms you can benefit from the incredible view on Estoril bay. No ATM in the appartment but in town :) I don't accept credit card, only cash or bank transfert/ Paypal. Thank you so much for your interest in Tropical Leaves Penthouse.
