Fully equipped house with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, with a large front garden with a beautiful view to the Arenal Volcano.
The house has a terrace on the backside of the house, ideal for barbeque.
The property is completely independent, with private parking and CCTV around the property
The house counts with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, FULL HD TV and air conditioning on the bedrooms, there is a big fan on the living room.
This is a very quiet and noiseless area, only 10 minutes far from the town, where you can find peace and silence.
There is a clear water river, 500m far from the property, that is ideal for swimming or fishing.
