Hi! I’m Zinni, your host at Three Monkeys. I’m originally from Costa Rica and have been living in the Caribbean for more than 18 years. Over that time, I’ve come to know its rhythms, its people, and its natural beauty in a way that I love sharing with guests. I’ve been managing vacation properties along the Caribbean coast for 6 years, with great passion and care. I genuinely enjoy helping guests discover the authentic charm of this area—whether it's sharing tips about hidden beaches, connecting you with trusted local guides, or recommending a great restaurant. I’m always happy to assist. Hospitality, to me, is about creating moments of joy, connection, and comfort. I enjoy observing nature and sharing my beautiful country with our guests. Throughout my life, I’ve had the chance to travel and live in other countries, including developed nations with many conveniences, but the Caribbean of Costa Rica has always been my true home. No matter where I go, I always come back—this is where I feel most grounded, connected, and inspired.

Three Monkeys Cahuita is a serene tropical retreat nestled at the edge of Cahuita National Park on Costa Rica’s lush Caribbean coast. The property sits on a 5,000 m² private lot surrounded by tropical gardens and native wildlife such as howler monkeys, sloths, agoutis, toucans and colorful butterflies. What makes Three Monkeys unique is the balance it offers between comfort and immersion in nature. The main house is built in elegant Balinese style, with two spacious bedrooms, an open-concept living area with large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. The additional bungalow provides two more bedrooms and a kitchen, perfect for larger groups or families. The saltwater pool is ideal for both kids and adults and is complemented by a large ranchito BBQ area with a high-end grill, dining space, and lounge area—perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning for long stays, and optional services such as private chefs, massages, bike rentals, and airport transfers.
