Group Events Prohibited: Reservations for group events or parties, such as bachelor/bachelorette parties or other events that disrupt the peace of guests, are not accepted.

Property Access: Only registered guests and visitors at check-in will be allowed access to the hotel. All guests must present valid identification. Minimum check-in age is 18, and minors must be accompanied by their parents. Additional guest charges may apply based on accommodation conditions.

Damage Deposit: A $250 USD deposit is required upon arrival and can be made by credit/debit card, cash, or bank transfer. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the accommodation, subject to the policies of the card-issuing bank.

Refunds: Any refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the reservation.

Data Protection: The hotel does not store or share guest card information with third parties.

Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all public areas and guest rooms. This includes tobacco and vapes. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee of $250 USD.

到店时需支付损毁押金：US$250。 该押金将通过信用卡收取。 退房时此押金将返还给你。 住宿场所经检查如无任何损坏，此押金将通过信用卡全额返还。
