    Sound thresholds should never exceed 75 decibels, for the good and tranquility of the neighborhood. If these thresholds are exceeded, a warning will be given, if a SECOND warning is necessary for non-compliance with the rules, a fine of 200 USD will be charged.

    Sexual tourism with minors is totally prohibited and can lead to sanctions and even jail time.

    If you cause any damage to the property, you must immediately notify the host.

    Help us by being aware of the environment and while you are not there, turn off the lights, air conditioners and leave all the water taps closed.
