Brand new apartment beautifully well-furnished apartment on the 22nd floor with a breathtaking view of the city and mountains. Quiet location with 24/47 security. Minutes from the train station, local restaurants, mall, pharmacy, and markets. Accessible to transportation. Well-ventilated rooms. Private laundry room. Community gym, basketball, soccer court, and pool access. The apartment has hot water.
Disclaimer: The apartment is located on the 22nd floor with a balcony. Please keep in mind that the balcony has a 4ft. half wall without any safety net for children to prevent climbing. Please use your discretion when booking with children. We are not liable for any incidents.
