Property information

Our Magical House features stunning colonial architecture and is located right in the heart of San Antonio, traditional district of Cali, opposite the historic church, park and enjoy some of the best views of Cali. The House is very quiet and benefits from lovely afternoon breezes. We are a short walk from many theaters, restaurants, cafés, bars, nightclubs, dance and language schools. The area is also home to many cultural and tourist points of interest. It is a large traditional San Antonio home, built in colonial style, spread over two floors. Enter down the stairs to find a large patio and dining area - a great place for relaxing, reading or taking a nap in one of the hammocks. Continue through to the second patio full of tropical plants and running water. At the back of the house you will find a large garden where we love to sit and enjoy the birds singing. Upstairs and there is a lounge area, big open kitchen and our terrace with some amazing views over Cali. This is a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine or watch the sun come up over the city.

Neighbourhood information

San Antonio is one of the oldest historic areas of Cali known for its colonial architecture. In 2000 it was declared a city landmark area of heritage interest. It is the heart of the tourist area for both foreigners and locals. The hill of San Antonio has a beautiful chapel surrounded by parklands with sweeping views over the city. The square and the park are popular places for locals and tourists to enjoy performing musicians and street artists that frequent the area. Surrounding the park is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and gift shops.
