Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer. Once the reservation is made, the property or the customer service center will contact the guests to provide further instructions.

Upon check-in, parents traveling to Colombia accompanied by minors under 18 years of age must present the child's birth certificate and an identity document with a photograph (or passport, in the case of foreign guests). If the guest traveling to Colombia with the minor is a relative of the child or her legal guardian, a notarized consent must be presented by both parents and a photocopy of their identity document. In the event that only one of the parents travels to Colombia with the minor, a travel consent signed before a notary by the absent parent must be presented. If you plan to travel with children, you must request information from the Colombian consulate before starting the trip.

Breakfast is not included for young children staying free of charge if their parents or guardians use existing beds. A children's breakfast is available for an additional fee.

As per Colombia´s tax law, only tourists who have a Permit of Entry and Permanence, tourist permit category PT before PIP-3, or PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-10 are exempt from paying 19% IVA taxes; or visa type V (Visitor) before Visa TP-11 or TP-12 or visa type M (Migrant) before TP -7 or visa type R (Resident). At the time of check-in at the hotel, the corresponding stamp or visa must be shown.
