Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.

All guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies. A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed. The property can only allow pets with a maximum weight 30 pounds.

Please note that if you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).

If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.
