Rates are tax exempt for foreigners or Colombians living abroad having entered the country less than 180 days from check-in time. They must present their stamped passport.

Please note, the spa is closed on Mondays due to maintenance work (or Tuesdays when Monday is a national holiday in Colombia).

Restaurant schedules

La Scala Restaurant (first floor) Service from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm from Monday to Sunday.

El Mirador Restaurant (fourth floor) Service from 12:00 m to 9:00 pm from Sunday to Wednesday and from 12:00 m to 10:00 pm from Thursday to Saturday.

El Automatic bar (first floor) open from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm. from Mondays to Sundays.

People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel.

Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
